Stayed here for one night and appreciated the good standard of room with a seaview, easy check in and out, central location and great selection at breakfast including gluten free options. Improvements would have been working air-conditioning in the room and the breakfast needed to be hotter. Good stay overall and would stay again.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff on reception when I arrived were very friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and spacious. Free water on arrival. Bed extremely comfortable which was welcome after a long day of travel, and bathroom was lovely with excellent monsoon shower (also had standard shower option). The breakfast was good too and location very convenient. I also was very impressed with how quiet the rooms were, despite it having a lot of guests for a conference that weekend. The only small piece of negative feedback I have is that online check in did not work in advance, as the webpage would not allow redirection to approve the transaction in my banking app.
Lots to like about this hotel. 1.Rooms finished to a quality finish. 2.Good, variety of Food at Breakfast. 3. Very nice staff. Room serviced to a high standard. 4. Excellent Location My only gripe... The lack of storage in the room. OK for a night or 2, but seriously nowhere enough space for 2 people for any longer. Overall very good value and I would certainly be happy to come back.
